•La gift card le llegará al email con un código único
•Puedes agregar una nota de regalo de modo que la persona reciba esta sorpresa en su email con una dedicatoria y ¡Listo!
Términos y Condiciones – Gift Card
1. Validez: Esta tarjeta de regalo no tiene fecha de expiración.
2. Uso: Puede utilizarse únicamente para compras en nuestra tienda online oficial.
3. No reembolsable: La gift card no es reembolsable, no se puede cambiar por efectivo y no se reemplaza si se pierde el código.
4. Saldo: El saldo disponible puede utilizarse en una o varias compras hasta agotarse.
5. Promociones: La gift card no aplica para cubrir costos de envío ni puede combinarse con otras tarjetas o códigos promocionales, a menos que se indique lo contrario.
6. Transferible: Puede ser utilizada por cualquier persona que tenga acceso al código único.
7. Fraude: Cualquier uso no autorizado o intento de duplicar el código invalidará la tarjeta.

RETURN POLICY
- Items may be eligible for return within 5 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
Return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or
error on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receiving and inspecting the
returned items.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a
refund will be issued.
- Items marked as final sale, are not be eligible for return.

CANCELATION POLICY
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring
any cancellation fees.
- After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed for shipping,
and a cancellation will not be possible.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon

- Cancellations are subject to approval and may depend on the order's processing stage.
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations within 24 hours are free of charge.
- Cancellations beyond 24 hours may be subject to a processing fee.
Refund Process:
- If the cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued to the original
payment method. - Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
